DEPOSITS

Wedding Deposit
A non-refundable deposit equal to 1/3 of your package price is required to secure your date, with remaining balance due, including applicable sales tax, two weeks prior to your wedding date.



Senior Deposit
A non-refundable deposit equal to 1/4 of your package price is required to secure your session date, with remaining balance due, including applicable sales tax, on the day of your shoot.



Portrait Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $25 (with the exception of delivery room & baby's first year portraits, see additional information) is required to secure your session date, with remaining balance due, including applicable sales tax, on the day of your shoot.



Baby's First Year Deposit
The baby's first year package requires a non-refundable deposit of $100 with incremental package payments made at six and nine months and the remaining balance due, including applicable sales tax, at the 12 month session.



Delivery Room Deposit
A deposit of $100 is required to secure your delivery room session, with remaining balance due, including applicable sales tax, four weeks prior to your due date. (Because most births are unscheduled we will give a full refund of all payments in the event that we are unable to make it to the birth.)

TRAVEL/ON LOCATION

For sessions outside a 100 mile radius of Casper Wyoming there is a $1 per mile travel fee after the first 100 miles to and from the location. A $150 lodging fee will be added for all locations over 250 miles from Casper Wyoming.
